Inquiry (采购产品): Wax for MEMs fabrication I am looking to replace a wax we have been using for a number of years in our MEMS fabrication process and for which we no longer have a supplier. I do not know the composition of the wax, although I believe it is a blend of some kind. It is pale yellow and has a melting point of 190 – 195°F. It might have been called TZ-1 at one time or maybe TIZON. I was under the impression that it was a natural wax, but I could be wrong given the relatively high melting point. It needs to stand up to concentrated sulfuric and hydroflouric acids as well as hot (175°F) aqua regia, but readily cleanable in Photonix, Universal Solvent at 195°F without staining or otherwise damaging silicon wafers. Do you have an idea of what this wax might be? Or can you recommend a suitable replacement? Would it be possilbe for you to analyze a sample of our current wax and tell us what it is? Thanks in advance for your help.
