Inquiry (采购产品): Application I would like to purchase an aluminum cover with a rubber gasket bonded to it. The cover size is 6" x 7" x .09" thick, it must be plated to protect it from the elements. The cover will have holes thru it for M3.5 self tapping pan head screws. The rubber gasket seal must be water tight and UV resistant and operate over a -40 to +85 degree C temperature range. The cover/seal will be used to close an aluminum casting with top flanges. This arrangement is to replace an o-ring which is very difficult to assemble. There is a requirement for 5,000 cover/gasket units. Can your company provide this? If yes, please contact me and I can provide more information?
