Inquiry (采购产品): Enquiry Dear Sir/Madam, We are a manufacturer of vacuum blood collection tubes in Turkey.We coat the inside of our tubes with a water borne material called ‘’clot activator’’that enables blood to clot.Because the material is used too much and because the drying process applied later takes too much time with spraying method,we are planning to shift to electrostatic spraying method so that the amount of the activator to be sprayed into the tubes will be less and so that a homogenous coating is realized. We would like to advise you that the inside diameter of the first type of tubes to be coated is 11 mm and the inside diameter of the second type of tubes is 13 mm and the length of each is 10 cm. We would like to add that coating does not need to reach the very bottom of the tube.There need not be a homogenous spraying on the last 1cm of the bottom of the tube. We wonder whether you can supply us an electronic spray gun for the application explained above and quote us your best price for 20 pieces.
