Inquiry (采购产品): Electroless Ni-PTFE coating with Phosphorus Hello! My name is Sundar Bala, and I am working as a Research Associate at the Pennsylvania State University. We are looking for electroless Ni (with various amounts of phosphorus) PTFE coating to coat stainless steel 316 plates. Our research focusses on food processing. I have some questions regarding the process and would appreciate if you could dispel some of my doubts. 1. How much will it cost to coat a 75 cm X 25 cm stainless steel 316 plate with Ni-P-PTFE? The plate is about 4 mm thick. 2. Will you be able to coat the plates at your facility? How long will it take for you to coat and ship the plates back to us, once you get possession of the plates? 3. If we require to plate more than one plate will there be a reduction in cost? 4. Can the coating withstand operating temperatures of about 100 centigrade? (we won't go beyond 100 centigrade in our testing). 5.To improve the adhesion of this coating with stainless steel do we need any other intermediate coating? If so, how much extra will that cost us? Can you please let me know about this coating? We are interested and will be starting our experiments in a short period. Hence, your timely response will be appreciated. Thank you very much.
