Work chamber size 38” wide, 20” deep, 26” high and 11.0 cubic feet. (bigger or smaller is not a problem) 2. 9kw heater capacity. 3. Purge Nitrogen inert flow rates adjustable at 190 SCFH 4. Maintain Nitrogen inert flow rate adjustable at 80 SCFH 5. 415 volt, 3 phase and 50 Hertz. 6. Temperature controller can be programmable.
