We are looking for a company that can take rolls of polyester film that are coated with silicone, print verbiage in rows on the film and then slit the film into narrow widths. A two color press is all that is required for our needs. The widths of the rolls are variable based upon your press and are typically 31.5", 50" or 55". The maximum footage on a roll will be 120,000' and the core size of the roll will be 6". The width of the strips we will want the rolls slit into after the roll is printed will be 1", 1-1/8", 1-1/4" and 1-1/2". The film will be 48 gauge film. The volume of business will be 800,000 to 1 million pounds of film per year.
