Inquiry (采购产品): Paintline upgrade We have a continuous paint line for coating of galvanised and cold rolled material which we want to upgrade in order to increase output capacity. Material for roofing and appliance end-uses is coated using PU and PE paint systems, with dimensions ranging to 1600mm wide and 2.0mm thick (popular product 925 x 0.50 x Z275 painted for roofing). The line consists of a stitching unit, 10–stage cleaning and pre-treatment unit, prime coater with top & bottom two-roll application system and oven, finish coater with top & bottom two-roll application system and oven, laminating unit and plastic applicating unit. Material accumulation is performed by loop towers with a fixed bottom carriage. The maximum line speed is currently 99 m/min, with the practical limit being 75 m/min for effective coil joining/removal and 18t/h for effective curing. Current capacity is in the order 9300 t/m and we would like to increase it to 11500-12000 tpm. Our initial estimate would be to increase furnace capacity. In addition, more coil accumulation capacity and/or a faster coil joining and removal method would have to be introduced.
