Inquiry (采购产品): Request for Quote Dear Sir, We are a consultancy firm and actually we are acting as Project Manager for a Promoter who wishes to set up a Dairy Production unit with integrated farming for the production of powdered milk, UHT milk, cheese and butter. However, since we do not have such an industry in Mauritius, we are quite unfamiliar with the technology and production process involved therein. Thus we shall highly appreciate if you can provide us a pro forma quotation on the most appropriate machinery and equipment needed in terms of capacity based on the parameters detailed hereunder: We are working on a ten year plan for the factory and we expect the following output: Annual production of milk from the farm is expected to be around 7million litres in the first year to reach around 30 million litres in the tenth year Out of this, in the first year some 5 million litres will be converted into powdered milk to reach around 20 million litres in the tenth year to be converted into powdered milk In year 1, some 2 million litres of milk will be sold as UHT milk to reach some 6 million litres in year 10. Please note that 2/3 of this milk will be sold as skimmed UHT milk. As for cheese, some 2 million litres will be used to process cheddar cheese like the ‘Kraft’ Brand. Last but not least, the cream obtained from the skimmed UHT milk shall be used to produce salted butter. Awaiting your best quotation.
