Inquiry (采购产品): High Temperature Coating Hello, Trying to investigate possibility of coating a high-temperature / heat resistant alloy tube with alumina or other ceramic material. Operating temperature to be up to 800C Atmosphere to be Air, water moisture, and %HCL. Client process can not tolerate contact with metals other than Titanium. Use of Titanium is limited to below 400C. Above 400C it is also a contaminant. Our design concept requires 16-18ID tube diameter (alloy). We would want to apply alumina/ceramic coating to the ID of the tube (approximate length 160-180inches). We anticipate that the different thermal expansions between alloy and aluimina shall present a challenge for adherence and proper operation. Is this application something you can consider? If not, are you aware of anyone I might try to contact? **** Hidden Message ***** Douglas Armstrong West Drullard Ave Lancaster, NY 14086 USA Company: Harper International Title: Application Engineer Phone: 716-684-7400x112 Fax: 716-684-2811 E-mail: darmstrong@harperintl.com **** Hidden Message ***** darmstrong@harperintl.com
