Inquiry (采购产品): Searching for a surplus Gas Compression System You are kindly requested to evaluate our search for a surplus sour gas compression system. Briefly, we are evaluating several Gas Disposal strategies under one of the projects. Our evaluation is looking at an existing oil field facility. During a 5 month shutdown period, planned in 2008, the seals gas system and all the piping around the 3 GT-driven re-injection gas compressors will be replaced. During the shutdown time, oil production will be halted since flaring is not allowed. One of the options to mitigate the oil production loss is to find a surplus gas compressor that can be installed in the facility to continue re-injecting the produced sour gas so that oil and condensate production are not affected. So, would you be able to assist in looking for an available compression system that could meet our needs? Or, alternatively, advise us on the feasibility of such a strategy? Due to the time frame available (from now until May of 2008), the option of designing and installing a new gas compressor was rolled out. The following are taken from the data sheet for one of the existing compressors: Service: sour gas Suction P & T: 70 bara & 40 to 45 °C Discharge P & T: 550 bara & 95 °C Flow rate: 3494 m3/h Density @ PT 73.23 Kg/m3 Mol Wt 22.03 Compressibility 0.809 Looking forward to hearing from you.
