Inquiry (采购产品): Coils for a large machine Rotatek Finland Oy is a special electrical machines developer and manufacturer. I would like to get your tender concerning 2268 pieces of coils for Directly Driven Permanent Magnet Generator stator windings for Wind-turbine application to be delivered between July and December 2006 (324 pieces / month). The generator consists of 12pc 3-phase ‘linear generators’ each close to 320kW size, thus the total power of the generator is 3,9MW. The generator is connected to full-size inverters with du/dt filters. The nominal voltage of the generator inverters are 690V, but can be 1000V on higher speeds. Please find below the technical description of the coils. Please don’t hesitate to ask in case you need some additional information. In case you would like to propose another insulation system, please give your arguments for it. Technical information Winding type: Flat copper wire winding Wire insulation: 2EH + glass fibre band with resin (2*0,05 mm 50% overlap) Cu cross section of one turn: 2 * 10 mm * 4.1 mm Coil turns: 6 Insulation classification: F / H Coil length: 1645mm, and with connecting wires 1845mm. Testing of coils: Each coil against ground with 3,8 kVAC 10s and strand insulation with 1,5kV surge test. For your information the impregnation of the stators are done in VPI with resin CC 1105.
