The property consists of a small automotive/ATV sales & service facility in Buckhannon, WV. The site is currently vacant. We need the site cleaned in order to market the property. Materials on the site include about 20-40 automotive/ATV tires, some scrap metal, a 55-gallon drum of waste oils, several 5-gallon buckets of waste oils, and 1 or 2 5-gallon buckets of solvents.
