Inquiry (采购产品): Need industrial convection ovens We are in the process of expanding our frozen, ready-to-heat meals production. We need an industrial convection (forced air feed) oven of at least 10 cubic foot volume capacity. We prefer just analog controls but will consider digital controls as well. The oven should work at between 185 to 200 degrees Celcius and allow for different meals to be prepared simultaneously with out flavor transfer from one meal to the other. The oven we are interested in should have roughly the same features as those available in the Rational brand ovens maed in France.
