We at DIFS are globally designing the Transitions for our Parent company in US & Belgium (Europe). These transitions are actually the part of Air Filtration Systems, which are required by Gas Turbines for the generation of Power. Our Main work comes from the Gas Turbine Systems, Division (USA). Job Responsibilities : As input we have hundreds of 2D drawings from legacy CAD software. As output we have to deliver a complete, manufacturable 3D parametric assembly with detailed and process drawings of each components and sub-assemblies, under the stringic atmosphere of DCI and International standards. ? Strategic Planning, Scheduling and Allocation of work for the projects. ? Supporting team in the areas of design of air filtration systems on Unigraphics software. ? Global Team Center administration & coordination with parent company DCI, USA and BELGIUM. ? Responsible for Team Center data transfer & connectivity related activities. ? Technical Communication for projects execution. ? Create specific user symbols & macros as required by us while working. ? US Reporting. ? Arranging the data from the official FTP site and required information from the central server through PDM software. ? Categorizing the input drawing according to their design procedure. ? Assembly of components and hardware with all mating constraints according to GA drawing (b) Worked as “CAD Engineer” with “Sphinx Worldbiz Ltd”, -Delhi from 11 Aug 2003 to 20th Feb 2006. Company profile: Sphinx World Biz Ltd is a Engineering Service provider and its core expertise lies in execution of projects for different companies like Mahindra, Tata , Telco, JCB, KML, Delphi, Bharat Seat etc which are carried on the high end CAD/CAM/CAE (Unigraphics, Catia, Pro-E AutoCad) softwares.
