Inquiry (采购产品): Liquid ring compresors for Flare gas recovery Dear Sir, Guwahati Refinery, India is a flaghip refinery of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) which has a crude processing capacity of 1 MMTPA and an average flare loss of 0.22% on annual crude processed. To reduce this flare loss further, we intend to install a Flare gas recovery system (FGRS) to recover the excess hydrocarbon being burnt in the refinery flare. Our average refinery flare loss is 300 Actual m3/hr, which at times shoots up to 600 Actual m3/hr in case of upsets in process unit(s). The offered system should confirm to API-681 and should consider liquid ring compressor(s) preferably with back pressure turbine with medium pressure steam (11 kg/cm2g) as the prime mover.
