Inquiry (采购产品): Compact Fast Heatless Drying We have a wax based product that looks like micro-pellets with a normal distribution of particle sizes with a mean of 1000 microns (or 1 mm) and a 3-sigma of 400 to 500 microns. That is, the whole distribution lies within 500 to 1500 microns. The bulk density is roughly 38 lbs/cu.ft with onset of melting at about 60 deg.C. The material becomes soft at 40 deg.C. Below 25 C it is relatively hard and flows easily. We are looking for a heatless or low heat drying from a 0.07% moisture content to below 0.01% moisture at the rate of 1.5 kgs/min. How compact the dryer can be and what is the ball park cost?
