Once a placement has been made a 90 day contract is established in where we pay for 90 days of the workmans comp. and simply negotiate a 90 day percentage(usually 1.45), then that employee becomes a full time worker in your company. There is no risk to your company as if this employee does not work out for you, you simply do not hire them and we find you a replacement until you are satisfied. Even if you are not hiring at this time you may speak to a representitive and we will keep the account on hold until you are looking.
