Printing Blankets for Printing Machines Inquiry (采购产品): Printing Blankets for Printing Machines Please provide quote for the following 2 Printing Machines: Printing Blankets for Super Simultan 212 Printing Machines 1. Superior quality multiply printing rubber blankets in the following size for use as Dry Offset Printing Blankets to work on high speed (10,000 SPH) sheetfed Super Simultan 212 Printing Machines meeting the following requirements: 2. Requirements: Sr. No. Parameter Requirement i) Size & Quantity Item No.1 MD 960mm x CD 850 mm x 1.70 mm With straight edges and comers cut exactly at 90o 300 Nos. Item No.2 MD 960mm x CD 760 mm x 1.70 mm With straight edges and comers cut exactly at 90o 200 Nos. ii) Dimensional Stability The multiply printing rubber blanket should not stretch or shrink or lose its dimensional stability during the working on the printing machines and should not warrant for any reseting during the entire production. iii) Thickness Uniform thickness of 1.700 mm ± 0.020 mm iv) Variation in thickness The variation of thickness all over the area of the above blanket in the size should be with in 0.020 mm. v) Working temperature The temperature of the collector cylinder on which the blankets mounted will be from 20oC to 25oC. The temperature of the cylinder on which the blanket surface will contact, will vary from 22oC to 30oC. vi) Hardness 78oC to 80oC Shore A. vii) Quality of Blanket It should have all the characters of a superior Dry printing blanket. It is to clearly reproduce sharply the dot and line from the plate to the paper. The quality of reproduction (Printing) should be very uniform all over the surface and to exhibit consistent quality, no doubling effect, outstanding sheet release and to limit the piling of inks and paper dust. It should be resistant to all types of solvents commonly used in printing, ink, oils, blanket wash solutions, cleaning agents like kerosene, petrol etc. It should have good compatibility with all types of printing inks including UV inks, fluorescent inks and other special type inks and excellent transferability to paper. It should have good washability and long life. viii) Shelf life Minimum 36 months from the date of shipment ix) Storage condition Shall be stores at temperature no exceeding 40oC and RH 40-70%. It should not show any degradation under these conditions. x) Output A blanket has to give an output of minimum 1500 reams as good printed sheets. 3. Sample: a. Minimum 3 pieces of samples in each size as stated in Sr. No. 2(i) (a) & (b) should be submitted for evaluating for evaluating its performance on the printing machines i.e., 2 x 3 pcs. = 6 pcs. 4. Technical Literature : - Technical literature/catalogue containing product details to be submitted alongwith technical bid. 5. Safety Data :- The Material Safety Data Sheet should be enclosed. Requirements: Sr. No. Parameter Requirement i) Size & Quantity Item No.1 MD 960mm x CD 850 mm x 1.70 mm With straight edges and comers cut exactly at 90o 200 Nos. The temperature of the e plate cylinder on which the blanket surface will contact, will vary from 75oC to 95oC. vi) Hardness 78oC to 80oC Shore A. vii) Quality of Blanket It should have all the characters of a good collector blanket and should be resistant to all types of solvents commonly used in printing, ink, oils, blanket wash solutions, cleaning agents like kerosene, petrol etc. The layers should not peel off while using the solutions at the working temperature and pressure. It should have good receiptability for inks from rollers and to transfer to the plates fully. It should be compatible to all types of quick set intaglio inks, UV and other special inks. It should have good washability and long life. viii) Shelf life Minimum 36 months from the date of shipment ix) Storage condition Shall be stores at temperature no exceeding 40oC and RH 40-70%.
