Inquiry (采购产品): Project Good morning; I need the almost triangular space that is enclosed by a tubular plastic coat hanger to be filled with EPS (rigid foam packaging material). The pieces can be cut and I will insert them in the coat hangers. I was hoping for something better. Could you possibly make a mold in the shape of a coat hanger. In that mold, the coat hanger will be inserted prior to injecting foam into it. With such a mold, the EPS filler will fit perfectly. I have made a windmill out of coat hangers. The pictures will show a "Styrofoam" filler and another model with shrink-wrapped coat hangers. A clear single layer filler will be perfect. The shrink-wrapping has two layers and could possibly hold water. Any method you choose will be fine with me, You can also choose the source for the coat hangers. Thank you.
