Inquiry (采购产品): Why water base over solvent base Hello, It seems there are folks putting water base acrylic over solvent base acrylic in their homes. Why does this not make sence to me? Will this not just peal off in a short time? Or not be hard and if you drop something on it it will just chip right up? Please help me to be clear on this ASAP before I make a mistake some how.
