Inquiry (采购产品): Insulation of Superheater tubes Good Morning Newtex, I am a Mechanical Engineer at the Atlas Methanol Plant situated in Point Lisas, Trinidad, West Indies. At present the top coil on our Auxiliary Boiler Primary Superheater is exhibiting elevated temperatures. Initial investigations have identified that flue gas bypassing is responsible for this overheating. We are currently investigating the feasibility of insulating this top coil from the incident flue gas using sleeving made of your ZETEX material. Can you advise whether this top coil can be insulated from the Flue gas using this product, or any other product in your catalog which may be suitable.
