Inquiry (采购产品): 10 ton barge hand winch do you have a used hand winch. we have a 1400ton paddlewheel boat that ties up to a barge dock. with all new homeland security concerns our security dept feels we should have a steel cable to bow of boat should someone cut our 4 ropes.
