Inquiry (采购产品): Small Shafts - Berea OH I represent Hydro-Gear in Sullivan, IL. As a temporary stopgap measure, we need to inspect small shafts (typically 12-36" long) at a manufacturer in Berea, OH. This would be an overcheck of parts that are supposed to be inspected anyway. We would need someone on-site for about 2 months to ensure that every shipment of parts (and every lot in every shipment) would be inspected according to a sampling plan (to be provided). The manufacturer would provide any and all manpower for 100% sort of rejected lots. Use of calibrated gages and bulky (immobile) measuring devices would be negotiated by Hydro-gear with the manufacturer. Calibrated micrometers and similar devices would be provided by the chosen contracted inspection service. Minimum number of parts to be inspected 35 per day, possibly up to 100 depending on production requirements. This is a one-time temporary measure.
