Inquiry (采购产品): Rubber foot pads Hello. My name is Bruce R Gourley, and I work for the Frederick Community Action Agency in Frederick, MD. In February 2006 we ordered a ladder from your company. One of the hard rubber foot pads on the front of the ladder (used when the ladder is to be kept in place) has broken. I would like to order two or three replacements. I am not sure what model ladder we have; I was hoping that your records would show that. Please let me know how I may order theses parts.
