Dear Sir, For our Stack welding purpose we require 2 sets of Welding Cells suitable for Fanuke RoboWeld 100iB.The Details are as mentioned below. 1. We are planning to use two welding cells with Fanuc Roboweld 100 iB ( Reach 1373mm), additional 7 th and 8 th axis with 96 input 96 out put and PMC software. 2. The objective to get Weld quality, consistency, customer satisfaction and to use manpower for more intelligent purpose. 3. The cell should contain two tack welding fixtures with manual welding by operators. You have to quote for these four tack welding fixtures or provide design. 4. The tack welded component is moved to the robotic welding cell by overhead rail and hoist mechanism to be designed and supplied by you for both the fixtures. 5. At the robotic welding cell the tack weld operator will load unload the component. 6. Thus the scope of supply includes design for tack welding fixtures, 2 of welding fixtures for robot, 2 of robot floor mount pedestal, Fencing for the cell for two doors to approach the two robots. 7. The scope of work includes programming of the 2 robots, proving the components for 2 variety namely stack box 350 AH weight 25 Kg and 600 AH stack box weight 30 Kg. The drawings will be provided to you. 8. The sample of welded components of both 350 & 600 AH will be sent to you 9. Production requirement or out put expected from each robotic cell, 350 AH = 100 numbers and 600 AH = 80 numbers per shift of 8 hours. You have to study possibility of fixture design, movement of component, weld length on both types, maximum cycle time required to complete one component, confirmation about fulfillment of production requirement, requirement to accuracy or repeatability for the in feed tack welded component. Proposal For Robotic Welding for the Battery Stack Box. Prologue We are producing the welded component with the help of manual welding. The problem faced are No consistency of the weld finish. It changes operator to operator. The production out put also depends on the operator skill and workmanship. The weld distortion and spatter is entirely dependent on the operator. Solution: The robotic cell will be used for full welding without operator. The tack welding is done by two operators on two tack welding stations. The design for the tack weld station to be provided by you and the manufacturing will be done by us. The operator will lift the stack box after welding with the help of overhead rail and hoist system. The fixture on the robotic welding will be of auto clamp and unclamp type. The operator after placing the component properly will provide ready signal. Then only the robot will come to this station for welding. The operator will remove the welded box and place the new tack welded box for robotic full welding. Scope of Supply: Our scope: 1.To provide Fanuc 100 iB robot with welding gun and power supply. This robot will have 6 standard axis, 2 additional axis of 7 Nm capacity. 96 input 96 output, PMC software. 2.Torch cleaning station for cleaning the weld torch. Tack welding fixtures to ensure repeatability on component. 3.Civil work, fabrication, cable lying, electric connection to the cell. Your scope of supply: 1. Robot Pedestal 1 nos. 2. Robotic welding fixture 2 nos. 3. Base plate for reference. 1 no 4. Top open sheet metal enclosure 1 no 5. Pneumatic doors 2 nos 6. Interface panel and push button station. Your scope of work: 1. To make trial set up. 2. To conduct trials at your Place 3. Installation and commissioning 4. Programming of the robot. 5. Welding trials.
