Inquiry (采购产品): pile testing I am working with a customer that owns a cell tower that collapsed in LA. The existing foundation appears to be undisturbed and is consturcted of a concrete pad on top of piles. If the pad were removed is there a way to test the existing piles to make sure that they are still capable of handling the load of the a new tower.
