We will appreciate if you can send some samples of them of sizes we choose in the next few days. We have been manufacturing polyester buttons for more than 30 years. For button finishing, we use barrel finishing in which we mix buttons with ceramic media and pumice powder to fine polishing. We also use centrifugal barrel to make a dull finish in a relative short time to our products. After using standard barrel tumbling and get a fine polishing for the buttons, we dye them in a water solution with colorants and after drying we use barrel tumble system with the wood pegs and wax to get a luster finish. As you know, this procedure takes a lot of time. Do you recommend your centrifugal disc machine in order to accelerate this process?? We would like to have quotation and more info of your RF-20 and the full line and capacity of your Centrifugal Disc machines. Please let me know if you can supply Ceramic Grinding and Polishing chips,what shapes and sizes you have? Do you have vibratory screen separation equipment? Please let me know.
