Our company is performing an insurance appraisal of Illiana Block & Brick (formerly Hoss/McCoy Concrete) located at 24423 State Road 23, South Bend, Indiana. At that location is a BECO Kiln used to curing Concrete Masonry Units with an ID of "Hoss/McCoy Concrete Sales Order #34678." For insurance purposes can you provide an estimate of replacement cost new and the age of the kiln (when produced), and whether the cost provided is installed or not? If installed kindly provide separate equipment and installation costs and again, estimates are fine. Would the cost include the Steam Generator, and the concrete block/pallet automatic "loader" and "unloader" devices with respective conveyor system?
