washing/drying machine Inquiry (采购产品): washing/drying machine Dear Sirs : Repsol YPF is the biggest Refinery Group in Spain, with approximately a 60 % of the national oil refining capacity. It has also refineries in South America (Argentina, Brazil and Peru). The Puertollano Refinery is one of the five Repsol YPF Refineries in Spain. It is a very complex one, with Hydroskimming, Petrochemical, Lube Oils, FCC, Coker and other units. As a result of this complexity, our Laboratory analyzes more than 9000 samples per month. Many of these samples are taken in plastic 1-liter bottles or metal ? liter cans and most of them are washed and dried in order to be recycled to reduce the consumption of fresh bottles. The contents of the bottles are mainly naphthas, distillates, lube oil bases, heavy ends up to bitumens and paraffins, caustic soda and amine solutions. Besides, we wash the Laboratory glassware (flasks, graduated cylinders, vases, pipets, etc), normally smaller than 1 liter, that are contaminated with the same products through the analyses processes. The hourly amount of material to be washed is approximately 50 bottles, 4 cans and 50 pieces of glassware. The cleaning mediums for the above mentioned activities are organic solvents and hot water. The required dryness level is the same as that of a domestic dish washer. We should be very grateful if you would send us a bid offering a washing/drying machine adequate to our aims.
