We want to developed test set up for testing of our respirator as per EN 136, EN141 and EN149. Where we require online measurement of NaCl Aerosol by directly feding into photometer. Photometer can be Hydrogen photometer with following characterstics: Should measure Aerosol Conc.: in between 15 mg/m3 to 0.5 mg/m3 of NaCl 2. Response time: less than 500 ms, (Here readings of Aerosol will be compared with Blank Aerosol i.e. dry particulate free air at an interval of 1.5 sec. continuously) 3. Should have bandwidth of filter of lass than 3nm with side band filter (Specially for eliminations of Spectrum from Carbon which is variable in our testing and interferes with required spectra) 4. Compatible with Printer to record reading. 5. Our application is to measure concentration of solid sodium Chloride particles in air in mg/cubic meter by continuously feeding these generated particles from our test atmospheres your photometer. 6. Flame photometer is required for testing of NaCl Aerosol (NaCl Partials in Air) Only, with particle size distribution of 1 micron to 0.1 micron. Here we will connect equalizer of photometer to our test chamber containing Sodium Chloride Aerosol of said size via pump that will supply concentration @ max15LPM.
