A team of technically trained staff, committed to quality, manufacture items conforming to International Quality specifications. Quality control lab. equipped with vacuum testing facilities, is involved in regular R & D operations . During the manufacturing process items undergo variety of quality checks with latest online machines for assurance of quality & quantity. All production inputs under go rigorous quality checks before being used. We have also installed a Torque Tester to check the opening force required for the Caps, which makes our Quality control lab at par with the world standards. We can also provide Acitone Proof Closures, Caps with SBR Liners or any other specific requirements you may have. After decade of successful domestic operations, CAP & SEAL entered into International arena in the year 1997 –98, through exports shipments going to African continent. Last financial year (2004 – 05) we generated 75% revenue through Exports. We have our presences in 7 countries. We now wish to expand it further to 15 countries in the next financial year. We have added few non standard sizes in our current range of Aluminium Pilfer proof Caps, such as 28*15.5 mm, 20*12 mm, 31.5*24 mm and 28*38 mm in the last financial year. With the constant upgradation of technology and capacity, now we can produce 1 Million Caps per day. All the modern facilities are available to test the serviceability of the products. Training and up gradation of every one is a culture. PRODUCTION CAPACITY: 1. Our installed production Capacity is 25.0 Million Caps per month. We are upgrading our production technology currently and with the installation of few balancing equipment’s our production capacity will go up to 30.0 Million Caps per month. 2. We have introduced few non standard sizes such as 28*15.5 mm, 31.5*24 and 28*38mm to meet International market demands. 3. We have Side Champhering (Embossing ) Machines. Special Requirements: 1. We can supply Caps with Acetone Proof Printing (Inside as well as Outside). 2. Caps with Liners of SBR, Wood Pulp / PVDC , Wood Pulp/Pet or any other specific requirement our Customer has. 3. We have developed Caps, which are Injury Free i.e. when the Caps bridges are broken while opening the bottle seal, the bridges breaks in such a faishon that there are no sharp edges remaining with the skirt of the Caps. 4. We also have PVC Lined Caps like Crown Corks for Beverages Industry. 5. We can also supply after printed (Dry Offset ) Caps. www.capandseal.com Testing Facilities: 1. We have installed Vacuum testing facilities to check for leakages after sealing of Bottles. 2. We have measuring instruments like Micrometer, Vernier Caliper etc. generally being used in the industry to inspect the dimensions. Apart from these instruments we use Go, No-Go gauges for On line Quality inspections by the performers. 3. We have Hardness Tester and Thickness Dial gauge to check the Quality of EPE Liners. 4. We have installed Torque Tester for checking the Opening Torque required. 5. We also have facilities to carry out Scratch Test for Print Qualities. 6. We are also carrying out ALCOHOL AFFINITY TEST.
