Inquiry (采购产品): Testing capabilities My name is Brad Wicher and I am the New Products Coordinator for Hunter Specialties, Inc. We are interested in additional information about you testing capabilities as we are currently in the process of trying to find a domestic testing facility to fit our needs. This has proved easier said than done. For example: an immediate need is to have two different game hoist systems tested fairly quickly. One is our four to one ration game hoist rated to 500 lbs, and the second is our 6:1 ratio game hoist rated to 750 lbs. Our testing needs would be as follows: Full weight at 45 degree angle, full pull to top and full release to bottom (10 to 20 reps) Full weight at no angle, full pull to top and full release to bottom (10 to 20 reps) Add weight and repeat to the point of failure at both 45 degree angle and no angle, full pull to top and full release to bottom (10 to 20 reps) We will need to know at what point, if at all, the locking mechanism would fail before the structural integrity of the pulleys, etc. Note: Full weight, as referenced in 1 & 2 is defined as follows. 4 in 1 = 500 lbs 6 in 1 = 750 lbs We would be interested to know if you lab would be capable of doing these tests and what we could expect as a rough cost?
