Inquiry (采购产品): powder coating Dear Sir or Madame, I am looking for a supplier to do powder coating on a production line basis for a valve body and hand wheel sold by my company. The material is aluminum and for reference, the body weights 17 ? pounds. The hand wheel is also aluminum. The annual quantity will be somewhere between 1,000 and 1,400 sets, but the work is released in lots of 200 sets. Parts first require hard coat anodizing per MIL-A-8625, type III, class 1. followed by a 3 mil powder coat. The handwheels are painted black. The bodies are right now painted a hammertone grey, but we are considering adding a second color (red) for a strip. If you are interested, please contact me immediately, my need is urgent, there will be 400 units here by April 1st ready for anodizing and painting.
