Inquiry (采购产品): LOCKING A CUSTOMER OUT My name is Steve Richcreek, I have been a customer of your company in Ft. Wayne for some time now. I arrived at your location at 4:25 pm today, the doors were locked and the lights were on in the showroom. I tapped on the window, and finally Jackie came to the door. She said "We are closed". (THIS WAS WELL BEFORE 4:30). She told me I would have to come back tomorrow. She knew I had already made a trip earlier that day to check on the arrival of an order. I live 30 minutes away in Columbia City. I said "Fine" and returned to my car. The radio showed the time was 4:25 and I was VERY upset! I went back to the door and asked for the Manager. He was not pleasant at all, wanted to know what the problem was, acted as if this was my problem. I spend alot of money with your company in a year's time. It seems to me that these two people really don't care about service at all! If I treated my customers like this, I would have NONE....... This is not the first time this has happened to me.... Possibly you don't value your customers as I do. I think there needs to be attention paid to this matter.....I will be looking for another supplier.
