Some are micro-etched quartz (one side) and some have a photopolymeric coating (one side) that requires 55 -65 nm of nickel deposited on one 6" X 6" side. We prefer that the edges (sides) of the plate be coated too (if possible)but the thickness spec need not apply to the edges. The first plate will be ready December 26th. We've been paying $400 - $500 for this service and would like to stay within this budget. Please comment on capability, price and lead-time. We also have a glass master (first of a series) measuring 4" X 4" (base) having 6 prisims attached to one side creating a relief pattern that is approximately 1/2" high.
