Inquiry (采购产品): glue on cement floor Do you have a product that will remove old black glue that was used on a cement floor? the glue was used to hold a carpet pad in place. the floor has had water on it several times so I don't want to invest in any thing else but paint. I'm afraid if this is not removed that the trowel lines will show on the floor after painting.
