Inquiry (采购产品): Quote for cusom motor. I am process of looking for a company that can provide me a small ac or dc motor (110 vac preferred ac motor, dc motor can be 12 or 24 vdc). It will be need to be able to operate at around 5000 rpm's for 14 to 16 hours continues. It will be used to power a small water pump and as designed the shaft of the motor and part of the front mounting face of the motor will be exposed to water. We would like to find a motor that can have a watertight face which includes the bearing that guides the shaft. Also currently as designed the shaft would need to be .25" in diameter an approximately 1.50" long. The shaft will also be threaded for a .250-28unf-2b locknut, threads will be approximately .375" long. We also would like a notch cut out on the shaft for the propeller. The body of the motor cannot be above 2.50" in diameter, and the shorter the better for the length of the motor. I have a PDF made up with some of these basic demotions and CAD files are available if needed to help in quoting. I am looking for a quantity for 2,500 to 5,000 motors.
