Inquiry (采购产品): Waste water extraction Dear Sir/Madam Could you please provide me with some information/initial specification for a standard centrifugal pump that could be used in waste water extraction. The liquid to be pumped is active waste water which will contain small solids 5mm max. The pump will sit above the compartment of liquor and will be required to pump the liquor up out of the compartment (suction leg of about 4.5 to 5m). The liquid has a SG of 1, viscosity of 0.28cps and a temp of 0-20 deg. C. I would like the pump to have a duty point of 5m3/hr at 14.5m head, NPSH of 4.5m suction lift, Self priming ability The pump will be exposed to relatively highly active liquor and so venting the pump during priming, drain down and washing for intervention, etc will have to be remote and shielded operations. Have you had much experience for adapting pumping units in a similar fashion? Can the pump have vertical delivery/side delivery/interchangeable delivery? I would like to know what model, casing connection, power(duty point) electrical supply, etc and anything else you can advise me on.
