Inquiry (采购产品): Aluminum tubing bends Gentlemen, I am restoring a WWII aircraft and need some help with the bending of some 1" od .049" wall 5052-0 aluminum tubing----these lines are used in the lubrication system and the bends must be smooth and unblemished with no kinking---the bends are of no more than 30degrees ---nothing complex but are more than I can accomplish with hand tooling. I would require 2 each of 2 lines the shape of which I can provide with a drawing.
