Inquiry (采购产品): Customer comment I often order the KBr Beta Press kit (Item 6102) from you for the IR I use at work. But I have to voice a complaint I have about this item. I usually try to keep 3-4 sets on hand for testing. But with much increase in the last few months, I have had to reorder new barrels and bolts because the bolts and barrel screw threads keep stripping. I use them probably about once a month, on average, but within the last 2-3 weeks of needing to use them, I've had 3 strip the threads, and become unusable. My issue is that I have always been as careful as I can be to make sure the bolts and in line when I tighten them in. I back them out to make sure the threads are aligned and then tighten them back into the barrel. If I encounter resistance I back off and start again. I have done all I can to keep from misthreading the bolts and yet I've still had the 3 strip in the last few weeks. This wouldn't be much of an annoyance, if not for the fact that to replace a set it costs near $80. I need several sets for testing, but to keep as many in possession I have to keep reordering all new sets because I certainly can't use a stripped barrel. I don't know if you buy your supply from another manufacturer, but it just seems I am having a great deal of problem with this lately. I just thought I would voice my concern. Thank you.
