Inquiry (采购产品): phosphor purchase This is to Donna Boucher and Christopher Paradis. I sent this one via your web because I was not sure if the other one went through properly. I have a small OEM company manufacturing UV lamps to make rocks fluoresce. I have a US Patent about to Issue on a way to make a variable wavelength UV light source. I use a germicide UV lamp (254 nm) for the primary UV source and I put phosphor screens in front of the germicide bulb to vary the wavelength. The screen can be many shapes, but the one I have in limited production now is a rotating cylinder with UV A phosphor on 1/3, UV B phospher on another 1/3 and the last 1/3 of the cylinder cut away. The germicide bulb and reflector are inside the cylinder. As the cylinder rotates, the output of the unit varies. I am looking for another source of phosphors in relatively small quantities - say a pound or two of each. I would like to know what phosphors you have in the range of 280 nm to 320 nm (UV B), then what phosphors you have in the UV A region 320 nm to 385 nm. I specifically need a phosphor peaking between 365 and 385 nm because some of the minerals fluoresce a different color with 368 nm vs 352 nm. I am also interested in a phosphor (or blend of phosphors) to make white light. All of these phosphors would need to be excited by 254 nm UV. **** Hidden Message ***** William Gardner 4608 West Bluefield Avenue Glendale, AZ 85308 USA Company: Way Too Cool Phone: 602-547-2234 E-mail: wggardner@aol.com **** Hidden Message ***** wggardner@aol.com
