Inquiry (采购产品): Revised Drain Tube Assembly Hello, We are currently looking to improve on our current drain tube design, and would like to have the opportunity to work with you on this project. I have attached a proposed drawing for this design, which will likely change dimensionally as we come closer to production. Some information on our current drain tube assembly... Panel Hole: 9/16" Panel Thickness: 0.05" Tube Dimensions: 9/16" OD, 7/16" ID, 18.0" length Tube Material: Flexible Vincon VYL Must form water-tight seal with panel With our current design, we must insert the hose fitting through the top of the aluminum panel, and attach the hose at the bottom. Our primary goal with this revision is to design a hose fitting which can be inserted from the bottom of the panel. Because of this, the material for this design will have to be somewhat flexible to allow for pressing into the 9/16” hole. Our secondary goal is to reduce the amount of parts needed for this assembly, which may be accomplished by forming the tube along with the fitting.
