Titanium Motorcycle Parts Quote Needed Inquiry (采购产品): Titanium Motorcycle Parts Quote Needed We're developing some off-road motorcycle parts in titanium. I can send drawings in various formats from SolidWorks. The design represents only 1 of at least 6 that we would roll out for this part. We will further target 6 models each of 6 other parts. In total, we're talking about a minimum of approximately 36 separate parts for fabrication. We've chosen the caliper guard for our first feasibility study, based on the simplicity of the design and limited materials required for fabrication. The designs are based on an aluminum part from 5052 aluminum, .125" thick. I realize that the titanium part may require different bend radius. Prior to an order, we would revise the design to incorporate necessary changes to fabricate from titanium. We'd like estimates to fabricate the part in Grade 2 and Grade 5 titanium, or other grades that you think are suitable. Our goal is to equal the strength of 6061 aluminum if possible. We certainly need to equal or exceed the strength of the 5052 aluminum. Cost is also a concern, so Grade 2 might be the logical fit unless there are cheaper suitable materials. Also, we'd like the estimate based on multiple scenarios for the material thickness as shown below. In summary, we would like an estimate for fabrication of the part in the below grades, thickness and quantities. If the thickness of your materials is not exactly what I have specified, please use the closest thickness available: Grade 2 .125" thick, assuming a minimum order of 100; 250; 500 units. .093" thick, assuming a minimum order of 100; 250; 500 units. .078" thick, assuming a minimum order of 100; 250; 500 units. Grade 5 .125" thick, assuming a minimum order of 100; 250; 500 units. .093" thick, assuming a minimum order of 100; 250; 500 units. .078" thick, assuming a minimum order of 100; 250; 500 units.
