Schnipke is a high-end custom injection molder (process control monitored) specializing in small tight tolerance thin wall compound plastics and Mold Builder (to demanding specifications)serving the medical OEM industry. In addition Schnipke is an automated assembler building most of their own unique jigs and fixtures for internal use. The company is privately women owned & operated, employees approximately 350, and has annual revenues of approx $40 mil/yr. We have two locations; Ottoville OH and Tucson AZ and to date have primarily served the medical industry. The company has never employed marketing or sales force to date. All growth has been pretty much word-of-mouth. We are now beginning for the first time to look for additional growth through diversification of customers and industries.
