Inquiry (采购产品): Proper Protocol Recently upon a call to your organization I was greeted by a very courteous receptionist. This young lady had a very pleasing and professional tone before directing my call to the appropriate personnel. Now, the recipent of the call was all but rude, short and non professional. Ms. Carrie Johnson was the name of this individual. She may have been involved with other activities at the time of the call, yet still there is a manner in which professionals should respond. This individual simply spoke two words before hanging up in my face. Being a business owner myself, I find it hard to understand this type of action. I don't care for an apology, but I assure you that any of my associates will not be utilizing your materials or service.
