Inquiry (采购产品): Nylon Bearings Sirs I have a customer whose product consists of telescoping sections of steel tubing. At each end of each section, their prototype have a split nytenal(?) .75 wide bearing recessed into a shallow undercut in the larger tubing. I would like to make these bearings from a nylon -based material, probably delrin, in a .125 thick x .75 wide strip cut to length to provide a .03 gap when curled and placed in the recess. IDs are 2.250 and 2.750. (Currently, they make the bearing on a lathe and split it.) Please give me some suggestions on best material and where to purchase. Thanks for your input.
