Inquiry (采购产品): : : REQUEST FOR QUOTE : : I am looking to assemble LED sign bases for my laser engraving business. The problem is that I can't find a manufacturer of them. I can go to China, but MOQ of 500 x 12-24 inches each is too much for me. This is where I am looking for help. The dimensions are smaller than the"profile.jpg". I would want it to be about 2-2.5 inches wide and about 4 inches high looking at "led base drawing.jpg". Not sure if I would want machined caps for the ends, (possibility), but I would need some sort of "foot" that screwed in to the bottoms that stick out about 1.5 inches from each side (looking at "led base drawing.jpg") and about 1.5 inches wide. The channel would accept .5 inch acrylic. It does not have to be very strong...will not hold any real weight. The led-slim-series-2.jpg shows where I got my idea, but I don't know which company makes that extrusion. The finished design might change a little, but on this design would only be the placement of some of the channels and extrusions on the inside of the "shell" and maybe less depth in size. I may only need 40-50' in 12-24" lengths in the beginning to see how things go for me...this is something I think could turn into something long term at a much lower price to consumers than what is being offered now. Can you give me some idea of price including anodizing (silver finish and black) and the price differences with powdercoating , or am I out of my league and messing with something I am not prepared to be messing with? Any idea you could give me on finished cost per foot of the finished product would be greatly appreciated. With and without end caps (plastic or aluminum), cut to 12 and 24" lengths, cost of "feet"...any information you could help me with.
