Inquiry (采购产品): Request for info Hi, My name is Dan Davis and I produce a product primarily made of wood. I would like to use plastic in place of one of my wood components. You can see my product on my website at www.trackdisplay.com The part I would like to replace with plastic is the back wall of the track which is white. The dimensions for the wall are 2" tall x 54 3/8" long x 3/4" thick. I currently use MDF and paint it white. It also must accept a vinyl decal as seen in the website photos (the track name). I will need to glue or adhere the metal fence posts into holes drilled in the top of the wall and the wall must be glued to the track surface using dowels inserted into the bottom of the wall. The wall needs to be flat white and simulate a concrete wall, so a rough texture is not a problem. Weight is important. Currently, the whole track weighs about 12 lbs., so the plastic wall should not significatly increase that. I will need about 200 to 300 individual pieces to start and as orders come in, I will continue to order more. I currently pay about $1.25 for the wood / MDF wall and I realize that plastic is more expensive. I can accept a higher cost per piece, but I must stay within my budget for production. I hope I have given you enough information to prepare a response. I don't know much about plastics, but I need to explore the possibility of using it in my project. Thank you in advance for your help. Dan Davis **** Hidden Message ***** Dan Davis 33065 USA Company: TrackDisplay E-mail: dsdavis@aol.com **** Hidden Message ***** dsdavis@aol.com
