Type of dryers include: FBD, VFBD, spray, Vacuum, Rotary, Tunnel, Belt, Cascade- belt, Spin, flash, moving tray, drum, falling film, falling stock and vacuum paddle. Produced below are the briefs about our company, its activity, proposal, volume of expected business and sectors of interest. ABOUT TEA KRAFT- TI GLOBAL LIMITED TEAKRAFT: is the unit of TI Global Limited Company. Teakraft is in the business of manufacturing and commissioning complete tea processing line, mainly comprising Fluid Bed Dryer ( FBD). Over 500 such lines are in operation, manufactured and commissioned by Teakraft- TIG, in India and other SAARC countries, Africa and rest of Asia. Manufacturing units of Teakraft are located in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu State, South India and in Kolkatta. Teakraft employs CNC machines and computerized design/ manufacturing drawings produced by the design section of the company. In Coimbatore unit alone there are over 25 expert engineers engaged in the design, manufacture, erection and commissioning, business development of these Tea Processing lines. About 100 direct work forces are in the employment. EXPANSION OF ACTIVITIES BY TEAKRAFT; Since 2006, Teakraft- TIG has entered other allied industries such as Spice and Food processing, Herbals, starch, Coffee, dehydrated vegetables- onion- garlic, desiccated coconut, pharmaceuticals and drugs, paper, textile and fibres( drying aspects), minerals and chemicals. PURPOSE OF THIS LETTER: Most of our clients are exporters, exporting complying USFDA and other International standards, they prefer to go for Euro- American FBDs and other dryers with the state- of- the art technology to comply these standards and to support their claims for standards and state- of- the art drying technology. OUR PROPOSAL : We can propose the joint- marketing of your FBDs and other drying equipments in India and other SAARC countries, meeting out the ever-increasing plant expansion activities of our clients besides plant modernization. Moreover, new industries we have branched to execute the turn- key projects, as mentioned above require these equipments. We are open to any workable proposal in this aspect of joint- marketing. OUR OWN ESTIMATION OF THE REQUIREMENT OF THESE IMPORTED FBDS AND DRYING EQUIPMENTS ARE: To the tune of USD 50 mn/ annum to start with and scheduled by us to reach the import volume to the tune of USD 150 mn from third year onwards. OUR CONTRIBUTION: 1. Submission of the offer, attending the technical meetings and optimization of the offer. 2. Organizing the import orders. 3. Manufacturing of local components, sub- assemblies, etc., such as ducting, cyclones, supporting structures, etc., if required. 4. Erection and commissioning. 5.
