We ordered the special assembled, 12 wheel stamp and are almost ready to send it, but need more info: 1. What color and type ink do you want the pad to be? a. for standard, inner-office, non-glossy paper, office ink will work b. if you need rather quick-dry ink, Ancient Page ink will work 2. Do you need a bottle of refill ink? 3. Richard gave the mailing address as 11280 Cornell Park Dr., Blue Ash, Ohio 45242, but said Misty would have to give us a Purchase Order #. (We also accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.) The total for the stamp is $60.00, plus shipping/handling fees. We normally ship US Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, around $6.60 to $7.75, depending on final weight. If you would rather have us use UPS, FedEx, or DHL, please advise.
